How to Trees by Greg

The Items you will need to transform your Trees by Greg into realistic trees are several cans of spray paint, and a pair of scissors.

I suggest paint colors of  Dark Brown, Hunter Green, Light Green, White, Black, and for a change in season yellow and orange.

#1 Is the natural color of the product, from this you would trim to the shape you want, removing the portions of the product easily with a pair of scissors.  Remove any small stems which are not wanted, or by leaving them in place the small stems provide density in the final tree.

#2 Start painting.  The first color is Dark Brown painting with the product upside down,  this give the shadow under the tree and the trunk color.  Pain in a motion downward rotating the product.

#3 The next color is a dark Green or Hunter Green,  Paint in a horizontal spray with the product facing upward.  Rotate the product until all sides are covered.

#4  With a Light Green paint the top of the product downward this give the sun light highlights of the trees. 

#5  For Seasonal Change the product can be sprayed with autumn colors, start with Step #2 then add Yellow coloring to the entire product.

#6  Add an Orange paint next.  Cover the yellow to the degree desired.

#7  Adding a light mist of Green will mute the orange and yellow to a transition color.

#8  Also adding a light mist of Brown will mute the colors and add more shadow.

#9  Finally lightly mist the top downward with yellow or orange to highlight.

#10  In the event you want to change back just spray again with steps 2,3,and 4.

#11  This is a sample of the two products that were used in the above photographs.  The entire process took about 15 minutes to paint and photograph.
